Blue Plate Special

Got the hankering for a hot roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and beef gravy. This is some serious comfort food and is a version you can find at many diners across America. I visit the Urbandale Cafe just down the street from work. They offer a full plate or the half plate. It is simply delicious.
