Ted's Coney Island - Gyro Basket

A team lunch has returned me once again to Ted's in Urbandale. Today's lunch is a Gyro basket which includes fries, rings, and coleslaw. If you are not familiar with a Gyro here is the breakdown. They start with lamb/beef meatloaf combination. The slice it into strip and then place it on flat bread. They add onions, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce. Tzatziki sauce is cucumber, dill, and typically whipped in into Greek yogurt. The combination is fantastic.
