Burrito Special at Plaza Mexico

 A co-worker and I stopped by the Plaza Mexico in Johnston for a quick lunch. I went with the Burrito Special that features a large tortilla stuffed with rice, bean, and your choice of meat.  I chose ground beef and it was special.  As you can see it topped with lettuce, tomato, and melted cheese.   For $6 it was good.  Caution here for lunch- If the Johnston School has a half day this place will be packed with kids.
