Create a free website with Weebly

My friend has found a host provider that allows you to create a FREE website. The name of the service is Weebly. Visit them at http://www.weebly.com/.  He says they do offer a PRO service for about $3 a month that includes the ability to upload video and files to share.  He is not a techie for sure and has put together a pretty nice website in about 3 hours.  So check out his Weebly Site at http://www.hobiefleet10.com/.  If you build a Weebly site let me know.
