For lunch today I went with #8 the Billy Club. The sandwich is on a French role with smoked applewood ham, roast beef, provolone cheese, dijion mustard, mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. I like to add onions and sometimes sweet peppers. A complicated but simple tasting sandwhich. Don't forget to get a bag of their extra crispy signature chips. That is a good lunch.
