Typically you can find a 10lb box for $10-$12. If you are not familiar with Rib Tips, they are the trimmings from the baby back ribs to make the rack perfect. I will dry rub them and smoke them for the first hour with hickory. Then with indirect heat cook them at 325 degrees for a couple hours. Then throw them in a slow cooker for a few more. This process gives you meat that is tender and tug off the bone results. Good stuff!

Jim's Coney Island

Looking for a place to eat South West 9th. I am giving Jim's Coney Island a try. They have been family owned since and operated since 1972. They serve burgers, coneys, salads, and tenderloins. I tried the daily special of 2 coneys, a small fry, and drink. Very delicious.

Rain Rain Rain

I am so thankful for technology.
