I have to start out and say that there is nothing better than a burger hot off the grill. I usually will divide the 1 lb of ground chuck into 4 portions and grill the patties respectfully. Make sure you season them properly and use fresh beef. 80 percent of the time we will have a patties left which are great for leftovers. Nice to have a burger at work- the best part is that it still tastes like it came off the grill and is 10 times better than fast food like Mc Donalds. So next time you are grillin- grill a litte extra for left overs.
