So I was inspired on my recent camping trip to come up with a better sandwich to the delicious Boji Chicken Sandwich featured at Okoboji and Grill in the Des Moines Area. My sandwich would feature half of breast of grilled chicken, 2 slices of thinly sliced ham, 4 strips of crisp bacon, under provolone cheese, and topped with a Fried Egg. I used a toasted rotella bun.
It was an amazing taste and texture that I have not had before. The chicken and ham gave the sandwich the depth. The bacon added the crunch and the cheese and egg smoothed things out.
