Today's lunch is leftovers from this weekend. I smoked 15lbs of pork shoulder a few weeks ago and vacuum packed it into 2lbs packages.
Once it thawed you can use the meat on pizza, sandwiches, salads, and more. Sometimes I will add a little BBQ sauce, chopped onion, cheese, and roll the ingredients into a flour tortilla and fry them. Kinda like a Flauta. It is good.
