Ok- this is going to go fast and be epic.
2 English Muffins
2 Frozen Hash Brown Patties
1 Slice of Colby Jack Cheese
2 Fried Eggs
2 Slices of Leftover Bacon
Fry those frozen hash browns patties. They will take 5 minutes per side.
Toast your English Muffins and then lightly butter.
Add a half of slice of colby jack cheese to each bottom.
Fry your eggs over medium heat and add freshly ground pepper. After a couple minutes poke the yolks with you spatula. Then flip your eggs for another minute.
Add you crispy hash browns on top of the colby jack cheese. Next add your fried eggs and sprinkle with everything seasoning. Then add your slices of bacon.
Add your english muffin tops and you are all set. Truly a masterpiece.
