Build-Your-Own Shish Kabobs

So are you ready to grill and enjoy summer. Nothing better on the grill than fresh seafood, steak, chicken, fruits, and vegetables. I really love to build-your-own shish kabobs. I recommend grilling all your meat items first and letting the rest. Then cube them up. Items to be added can really be anything you want. Then everyone can build their own and add the items they like.

Hot Wings

Ok- if you like hot wings you will love this simple recipe. I like to buy wings and the drums together. Rinse your chicken very good with cold water. From there dry your wings well and place them in a very large bowl. Season your chicken with salt and pepper. You can also use an all purpose seasoning or your favorite chicken rub. Next I like apply Franks Hot Sauce liberally all over until the wings are well coated. Next heat your oven or indirect grill to 325 degrees. Meaning your chicken is not directly cooking over a flame. This will let your chicken cook evenly without burning. You may need to flip the once after about 20 minutes. Cooking time is about 40 minutes.
