Hot Wings on the Traeger - Easy

I have been making hot wings on the smoker for a few years and it is so easy. Best part is it is really inexpensive. I usually grab the 4lb family pack of wings for about $8. I will rinse them and dry them. I will throw them in a large bowl and cover with a generous amount of all purpose seasoning. Next I will toss them in Hot Wing sauce. You can use hot to mild. A little or lot! Finally- pre-heat your Traeger to about 325 degrees and then throw your wings on for about 30-35 minutes. I usually flip them about half way thru the cooking process. You can tell they are done when the juices start to run clear and they are golden brown. They will be some of the juiciest best tasting wings you will ever have.


Adam Emmenecker Sandwich from Jethro's

Jethro's Sports Bar features 22 beers on tap, 15 big screen TV's and access to all the big games.  Jethro's serves slow cooked ribs, pulled pork, ribs, and american grill type dishes.   All my friends agree that they have some of the biggest and best tasting wings in town.

Today is the day my family and friend Matt enjoyed the Adam Emmenecker Sandwich. Jethro's very own Adam Emmenecker sandwich has been nominated as the Greatest Sports Sandwich in America for ESPN's FANWICH contest on Facebook.    You can split this sandwich with friends or try to conquer the challenge in 15 minutes.  It's loaded with a bunch of stuff like cheese sticks, bacon, hamburger patty, beef brisket, pork tenderloin, buffalo chicken strips, covered by cheese sauce on a toasted bun. Our choice of side was a waffle fries. Three of had a tough time finishing it in 15 minutes.  Pretty tasty.
